Benelli Vinci Semi-Auto Shotgun – 12 Gauge, 27" Barrel, Max-4 Camo – Excellent Condition

Up for sale is my Benelli Vinci semi-automatic shotgun, chambered in 12 gauge with a 27-inch barrel and finished in Realtree Max-4 camouflage. This firearm is part of Benelli’s revolutionary Vinci line, which was introduced to the U.S. market in 2009 and marked a significant departure from traditional semi-auto shotgun design.

The Vinci was engineered from the ground up to solve many of the common issues shooters faced with inertia and gas-operated shotguns. It features a unique modular design consisting of three main components – the barrel/receiver module, the trigger group/forearm module, and the buttstock module – allowing for tool-free disassembly and reassembly in seconds. This makes it ideal for cleaning in the field or switching configurations quickly.

The Vinci uses Benelli’s In-Line Inertia Driven system, placing the recoil spring inside the receiver rather than in the buttstock. This significantly improves balance and handling and eliminates the need for a return spring tube in the stock. The result is a shotgun that is faster cycling, lighter recoiling, and easier to maintain than many competitors in its class.

The Vinci was also one of the first shotguns to offer a Comfortech Plus recoil-reducing stock, which incorporates 12 recoil-absorbing chevrons and a gel recoil pad. Combined with the shotgun’s light weight (approximately 7 lbs), it delivers fast follow-up shots without sacrificing comfort during extended shooting sessions.

This particular model is chambered to accept 2-3/4” and 3” shells, making it versatile enough for everything from clays and upland birds to waterfowl and turkey. The 27-inch barrel offers a well-balanced compromise between swing speed and downrange control, ideal for both field and blind use.

The Realtree Max-4 camo finish was designed specifically for marshes, grasslands, and flooded timber – a favorite among duck and goose hunters. The coating has held up very well with no major scratches or wear, and has provided excellent concealment in the environments it was intended for.

This Vinci has seen careful use and regular maintenance. It's been fired sparingly and cleaned after every outing. The bore is bright and smooth, the action is crisp, and the exterior shows only minor signs of honest use – no abuse, rust, or damage. It cycles flawlessly with both target and field loads.

This is an excellent opportunity to own one of the most innovative shotguns of the last 20 years. The Vinci has since been discontinued and replaced by the Super Vinci and newer models, but it remains highly regarded among those who appreciate engineering and reliability.
