Shipping & Returns
Raven Rock Armory works to process orders as quickly and accurately as possible while following all applicable shipping, carrier, firearm, ammunition, and FFL requirements.
Please review the information below before placing an order. Firearms, ammunition, regulated products, oversized items, and special-order products may have additional shipping or return restrictions.
Shipping Overview
Orders are typically processed during normal business days. Processing times may vary based on item availability, supplier fulfillment, payment verification, FFL verification, carrier schedules, holidays, weather delays, or other factors outside our control.
Some products may ship directly from a distributor, supplier, or warehouse partner. Tracking information will be provided when available.
Standard Shipping
Most eligible items ship through common carriers such as UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other approved shipping providers depending on product type, destination, carrier rules, and availability.
Oversized & Freight Items
Large, heavy, oversized, or freight-class items may require additional shipping charges. Some oversized items may not qualify for free or promotional shipping.
Firearms, Ammunition & Regulated Products
Firearms Ship to FFLs
Firearms and FFL-regulated items must ship to a valid Federal Firearms License holder.
Ammo Ships Separately
Firearms and ammunition cannot ship in the same package and may require separate shipping charges.
Buyer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring products can be legally purchased, shipped, transferred, and possessed in their jurisdiction.
All firearm orders require a valid FFL shipping destination before shipment. Transfer fees charged by the receiving FFL are the buyer’s responsibility. Orders containing firearms, ammunition, NFA items, restricted items, or regulated accessories may be delayed or canceled if required information is missing or if shipment is restricted by law, carrier policy, or supplier policy.
FFL Transfer Information
Firearms purchased online must be shipped to a valid FFL dealer. The customer is responsible for selecting or providing a valid FFL and confirming that the receiving dealer will accept the transfer.
For more details, visit our FFL Transfers page.
Order Processing
Orders may require review for payment confirmation, fraud prevention, inventory confirmation, FFL verification, and shipping compliance before shipment.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided when available. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives the package.
Returns & Cancellations
Return eligibility depends on the product type, condition, supplier policy, manufacturer policy, and applicable laws. Customers must contact Raven Rock Armory before returning any item. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Canceled orders, refused shipments, failed transfers, or returned products may be subject to shipping charges, restocking fees, supplier fees, carrier fees, or other costs already incurred.
