- Raven Rock Armory may limit quantities or refuse orders at its reasonable discretion.
Firearms, Ammunition & Regulated Products
FFL Transfers
Firearms must be shipped to and transferred through a valid Federal Firearms License holder when required by law.
Buyer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for knowing and following all laws that apply to their location and purchase.
Transfer Approval
Completion of an online order does not guarantee that a firearm transfer will be legally approved.
Legal Compliance: Firearms, ammunition, magazines, suppressors, NFA items, restricted accessories, and other regulated products may be prohibited or restricted based on the customer’s location.
Raven Rock Armory may cancel any order that cannot legally be shipped, transferred, possessed, or completed. For more information, review our FFL Transfers page.
Customer Responsibility
Before placing an order, customers are responsible for confirming that the product may be legally purchased, shipped, transferred, possessed, and used in their jurisdiction.
Raven Rock Armory does not provide legal advice and cannot guarantee that a product is lawful in every city, county, state, or jurisdiction. Orders may be canceled when legal eligibility cannot be confirmed.
Pricing, Payment & Billing
All prices are subject to change without notice. Raven Rock Armory reserves the right to correct pricing errors, inaccurate promotions, discounts, product listings, shipping calculations, and billing mistakes.
Customers agree to provide complete and accurate billing, shipping, contact, payment, and FFL information. Orders containing inaccurate, incomplete, unverifiable, or conflicting information may be delayed or canceled.
Payment authorization does not guarantee order acceptance. Additional verification may be required before payment is captured or merchandise is released for shipment.
Fraud Prevention
Orders may be reviewed by payment processors, fraud-prevention providers, suppliers, carriers, or Raven Rock Armory personnel. Additional documentation or verification may be requested before fulfillment.
Payment Disputes
Customers should contact Raven Rock Armory before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to review and resolve the concern.
Shipping, Cancellations & Returns
Shipping methods, processing times, supplier fulfillment, delivery delays, split shipments, damaged merchandise, cancellations, return authorization, non-returnable products, refunds, and related fees are governed by our separate Shipping & Returns policy.
Customers should review the complete policy before placing an order, particularly when purchasing firearms, ammunition, special-order merchandise, regulated items, or distributor-fulfilled products.

Products manufactured by third parties may be covered by the applicable manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty terms, repair procedures, replacement decisions, and service eligibility are determined by the manufacturer.
Raven Rock Armory may provide manufacturer contact information or reasonable assistance, but does not independently guarantee, repair, replace, or warrant products manufactured by another company.
Disclaimer of Warranties
