Firearms, Ammunition & Regulated Products
FFL Transfers
Firearms must ship to a valid Federal Firearms License holder where required by law.
Buyer Responsibility
You are responsible for knowing and complying with all federal, state, and local laws before ordering.
Transfer Requirements
Firearms may only be transferred to the actual lawful purchaser after all required checks and paperwork are completed.
Compliance Notice: Orders for firearms, ammunition, magazines, restricted accessories, NFA / Class III items, and other regulated products may be limited or prohibited based on your location. Raven Rock Armory reserves the right to cancel any order that cannot legally be completed.
Pricing, Payment & Billing
All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, billing mistakes, or inaccurate promotional listings at any time. Orders may be canceled if pricing or payment issues are identified.

Do firearms require an FFL transfer?
Yes. Firearms must be shipped to or transferred through a valid Federal Firearms License holder, and all required background checks and transfer requirements must be completed before release to the buyer.
Are customers responsible for local laws?
Yes. Customers are responsible for understanding and following all federal, state, and local laws before purchasing firearms, ammunition, magazines, parts, accessories, or regulated products.
Are firearms and regulated items final sale?
Firearms, ammunition, special orders, clearance items, and regulated products may be final sale or restricted from return. Customers should review all product details and applicable policies before placing an order.
Can Raven Rock Armory cancel an order?
Yes. Raven Rock Armory may cancel or refuse orders that cannot legally be completed, cannot be verified, involve restricted products, have payment or fraud concerns, or cannot be fulfilled due to supplier availability.
Do NFA or Class III items require additional steps?
Yes. NFA and Class III items must follow all ATF and SOT requirements, including required paperwork, approvals, transfer steps, waiting periods, and applicable fees.
Can firearms and ammunition ship together?
No. Firearms and ammunition generally cannot ship in the same package and may require separate shipments, separate tracking, and separate shipping charges.
