Ordering & Payment

Information about placing orders, payment verification, order changes, cancellations, and product availability.

How do I place an order with Raven Rock Armory?

Select the product you want, add it to your cart, and complete checkout using accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. Firearm orders must include a receiving Federal Firearms License dealer before the transfer can be completed.

Why is my order pending or undergoing verification?

Raven Rock Armory uses an independent order-verification process to help protect customers and reduce fraudulent transactions. An order may be temporarily held while payment, identity, billing, shipping, or contact information is reviewed.

Respond promptly if additional information is requested. Processing begins after the order has been approved.

Can I change or cancel an order after it has been submitted?

Contact Raven Rock Armory immediately. Changes and cancellations are not guaranteed once verification, distributor processing, fulfillment, or shipment has begun. Cancellation fees may apply.

Review the complete Terms & Conditions before placing an order.

When will my payment be processed?

Payment authorization and final processing may vary by payment method and order-verification status. Orders are not released for fulfillment until the required payment and verification steps are complete.

What happens if a product becomes unavailable after I order it?

Online inventory can change quickly, especially when products are supplied through multiple distributor locations. If an ordered product is no longer available, Raven Rock Armory will contact you regarding the available options.

Shipping & Tracking

Answers about order processing, shipment tracking, split shipments, firearm delivery, and damaged packages.

How long does order processing take?

Processing begins after payment and order verification are complete. Some products ship from distributor or warehouse locations and may require additional handling time before tracking becomes available.

Review the complete Shipping Information page for additional details.

When will I receive my tracking number?

Tracking information is emailed when it becomes available from the shipping location or carrier. Tracking may not show movement immediately after the label is created.

Why did my order arrive in multiple packages?

Products may ship from different warehouses, distributors, or fulfillment locations. This can result in separate packages, tracking numbers, carriers, or delivery dates for the same order.

Are firearms and ammunition shipped together?

Firearms and ammunition may ship separately. Firearms must be sent to an eligible receiving FFL address, while ammunition and other products are shipped according to the applicable order, carrier, destination, and legal requirements.

What should I do if my package is damaged, delayed, or missing?

Contact Raven Rock Armory promptly and preserve the shipping box, labels, packing materials, and product packaging. Take clear photographs of visible damage before discarding anything.

Carrier investigations and claims may require documentation, package inspection, delivery confirmation, and additional processing time.

Firearms & FFL Transfers

Information about receiving dealers, firearm shipments, inspections, transfer requirements, and background-check results.

Can an online firearm purchase be shipped directly to my home?

Firearms purchased online must generally be shipped to a current Federal Firearms License dealer for the required transfer process. The receiving dealer completes the applicable identification, paperwork, and background-check requirements.

How do I choose a receiving FFL dealer?

Choose a licensed dealer near you and contact that dealer before ordering. Confirm that the dealer accepts transfers, ask about their transfer fee, and verify their current license and receiving address.

You may also use the FFLs.com dealer locator to search for nearby dealers.

When should my dealer send their FFL information?

The receiving dealer should provide a current signed FFL as soon as possible after the order is placed. Ask the dealer to include your name and order number so the license can be matched to the correct order.

FFL documentation and order questions may be sent to sales@rra2a.com.

Can I inspect a firearm before accepting the transfer?

Inspect the firearm at the receiving dealer before completing the transfer. Confirm the model, condition, and visible contents. Report shipping damage, an incorrect firearm, or another serious issue before accepting the transfer.

Once a firearm has been transferred, manufacturer warranty procedures generally apply to defects or service concerns.

What happens if my background check is delayed or denied?

Raven Rock Armory and the receiving dealer cannot override a government background-check result. A delay or denial does not automatically guarantee a refund, and cancellation, return-shipping, restocking, transfer, or other fees may apply.

Review the complete Terms & Conditions before purchasing a firearm.

Where can I learn more about buying firearms online?

Review the Raven Rock Armory How to Buy Firearms Online guide for a step-by-step explanation of selecting a firearm, choosing an FFL, providing license information, shipping, and completing the transfer.

Yes. Raven Rock Armory maintains an all-sales-final policy. Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are not automatically available after an order has been submitted or fulfilled.

Review the complete Terms & Conditions for product-specific requirements and exceptions.

Can firearms or ammunition be returned?

Firearms and ammunition are final-sale products. Firearms should be inspected before the receiving dealer completes the transfer. Contact Raven Rock Armory immediately if a shipment appears damaged or contains an incorrect product.

What should I do if I receive an incorrect or damaged item?

Do not use, install, modify, or discard the product or its packaging. Contact Raven Rock Armory promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product, shipping package, labels, and visible damage.

Who handles product warranty claims?

Product defects are generally handled through the manufacturer’s warranty or service process. Raven Rock Armory may help identify the correct manufacturer contact or provide reasonable order documentation when available.
