All firearm sales and special orders are subject to federal, state, and local laws. Firearms must be transferred to the actual lawful purchaser and require completion of all applicable background check and transfer requirements.
Special order deposits, payments, shipping charges, supplier fees, and related costs may be non-refundable depending on the item, supplier terms, order status, and product type.
Firearms and FFL-regulated items must be shipped to or transferred through a valid Federal Firearms License holder where required by law.
