How Special Orders Work
Special orders allow customers to request products that may not currently be stocked in our store or displayed on the Raven Rock Armory website. We can check distributor or manufacturer availability, confirm current pricing when possible, and place an order after the item and purchase terms have been approved.
Inventory, pricing, and availability can change quickly. A product is not reserved or guaranteed until the order has been confirmed and any required deposit or payment has been received.
Firearms
Pistols, revolvers, rifles, shotguns, AR-platform firearms, hunting firearms, suppressors, and other eligible firearm models.
Optics, Parts & Accessories
Rifle scopes, red dots, mounts, lights, lasers, magazines, gun parts, cleaning products, storage, and related shooting accessories.
Specific Configurations
Specific models, calibers, finishes, barrel lengths, capacities, sizes, configurations, and product variations that may be difficult to locate.

Special Order Process
1. Submit Your Request

2. Availability Check
We check current distributor or manufacturer availability and identify the closest matching item.
3. Review Pricing
We provide available pricing, estimated shipping, and any known supplier or transfer-related costs.
4. Approve the Order
After the product and terms are approved, any required deposit or payment must be completed before the order is placed.
What to Expect
Availability Changes Quickly
Distributor inventory can change without notice. An item may be available when checked and sold out before the order is completed.
Pricing May Change
Final pricing may depend on current supplier cost, shipping, product availability, applicable fees, and market conditions.
Lead Times Are Estimates
Estimated arrival times can be affected by suppliers, manufacturers, carriers, product type, compliance requirements, and order volume.
Payment May Be Required
Special orders may require a non-refundable deposit or full payment before the item is ordered.

Important Special Order Information
Special orders are placed specifically at the customer’s request. Deposits, payments, shipping charges, supplier fees, and other costs may be non-refundable after the order has been submitted.
Special-order products may not be eligible for cancellation, return, refund, or exchange unless Raven Rock Armory or the supplier shipped the wrong product or the merchandise arrived damaged.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the manufacturer, model, caliber, configuration, specifications, compatibility, and product details before approving the order.
Firearm and regulated-product orders remain subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws, transfer requirements, and background-check procedures.
Firearm Special Orders
Firearms ordered through Raven Rock Armory must be transferred to the actual lawful purchaser after all required paperwork and background-check requirements have been completed.
A delayed or denied background-check result does not automatically qualify the order for cancellation or refund. Supplier, shipping, restocking, return, and administrative fees may apply when a firearm cannot be transferred.
