This service is helpful for customers who do not want to manage the listing, photography, buyer communication, payment, shipping, transfer, and compliance process on their own.

Consignment Process

1. Bring In the Firearm

Bring the firearm to Raven Rock Armory for review, along with valid identification and any included accessories, magazines, boxes, manuals, optics, or paperwork.

2. Review Condition

We review the firearm’s manufacturer, model, caliber, condition, configuration, included accessories, and other details that may affect its value.

3. Research Market Value

We may review recent sales, current listings, local demand, GunBroker activity, and comparable firearms to help determine a practical asking price.

4. Approve the Terms

The consignor approves the asking price, consignment period, commission, negotiation authority, and any optional online listing terms.

5. We List the Firearm

The firearm is offered for sale in store and may also be advertised online through approved channels when included in the agreement.

6. Sale and Payout

After the firearm sells and the transaction is completed, Raven Rock Armory retains the agreed 20% commission and pays the remaining proceeds to the consignor.

90-Day Consignment Term

The standard consignment period is 90 days unless different terms are stated in the written consignment agreement. During this period, Raven Rock Armory may display, advertise, and offer the firearm for sale under the agreed terms.
