Consignment Selling Fee
25% of the Final Sale Price
Raven Rock Armory retains a 25% selling fee from the total sale price of the firearm once sold. The buyer is responsible for applicable shipping, taxes, transfer fees, and other buyer-side costs.
How Firearm Consignment Works
Firearm consignment allows the owner of a firearm to have Raven Rock Armory assist with selling the firearm on their behalf. We review the firearm, discuss condition and estimated market value, confirm the owner’s preferred selling strategy, and then make the firearm available for sale through our store and approved sales channels.
This service is useful for customers who want help selling a firearm without handling the listing, buyer communication, payment, shipping, transfer, and compliance steps on their own.
Consignment Process
1. Bring In the Firearm
Bring the firearm to Raven Rock Armory for review. Please also bring valid identification and any available accessories, magazines, boxes, paperwork, optics, or related items.
2. Review Condition & Details
We review the firearm’s make, model, caliber, condition, included accessories, and any details that may affect market value.
3. Research Market Value
Raven Rock Armory may review current and recent selling information from GunBroker and other available firearm marketplaces to help estimate a practical selling price.
4. Set the Selling Price
The consignee approves the desired selling price and may also authorize a negotiation range or request final approval before accepting a lower offer.
5. We List & Advertise
Once approved, the firearm may be offered for sale in store and may also be listed or advertised through GunBroker or other appropriate sales channels.
6. Sale & Payout
After the firearm sells and the transaction is completed, Raven Rock Armory retains the agreed consignment fee and pays the remaining proceeds to the consignee.

Pricing, Offers & Negotiation

The consignee may authorize Raven Rock Armory to negotiate the sale price within an agreed percentage or dollar range. If no negotiation authority is given, Raven Rock Armory will contact the consignee for approval before accepting a lower offer.
Final pricing decisions remain subject to the consignment agreement, market conditions, buyer interest, and seller approval.
