The Battle Arms Development BAD-EPS-Ti Enhanced Pin Set (Black DLC) is a premium takedown and pivot pin upgrade for AR15/M16/M4-style rifles. This set includes the Enhanced Takedown Pin – Titanium (BAD-ETP-Ti) and the Enhanced Pivot Pin – Titanium (BAD-EPP-Ti), precision CNC machined from Grade 5 titanium. Finished in a durable black DLC coating, it delivers a sleek, wear-resistant look while offering a significant weight reduction versus traditional steel pins (approximately 50% lighter than a mil-spec pin set).

• Patent-Pending EZ Guide Channel: Assisted installation channel for the enhanced pivot pin—helps reduce lost detents and springs.

Notes

• AX556 Compatibility: The BAD-EPP-Ti (Enhanced Pivot Pin – Titanium) is incompatible with the AX556 receiver due to the receiver’s proprietary design. The BAD-ETP-Ti (Enhanced Takedown Pin – Titanium) will work as designed.
• M16 / KNS Sear Pin: Depending on your M16 receiver, it may not be compatible with the KNS anti-walk sear pin without modification to the KNS anti-walk sear pin.
