ONE:1 uses ultra-precise, single-point cut rifling formed through numerous minute cuts. The process avoids introducing stress during rifling, so post-rifling stress relief is unnecessary. Carefully aligned chamber, bore, and rifling, a uniform 1:10 twist rate, and groove-depth deviation under 0.0001 inch are engineered for exceptional consistency. Select heat-treated 4140 CM steel or 416R stainless steel, with finish and threading options to suit your build.
