It includes the components needed to install a Mil-Spec diameter stock assembly on a compatible Mil-Spec AR-15 lower receiver.

The system combines a 5.6-ounce MK2 Mod 1 T2 buffer with an M16A4 rifle action spring and an eight-position MK2 receiver extension. The extended receiver extension, increased spring-coil count, QD end plate, and included M4 castle nut create a matched recoil-management assembly for compatible AR-15 configurations.
