Shipping & Returns
Raven Rock Armory works to process and ship orders as efficiently as possible while providing clear information about shipping times, tracking, restricted items, damaged shipments, return authorization, and final-sale products.
Please review this policy before placing an order. By completing a purchase, you agree to the shipping, cancellation, return, and supplier-related requirements stated below.
Order Processing
Most orders begin processing after payment and order information have been verified. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, supplier fulfillment, fraud screening, shipping restrictions, FFL documentation, and other order requirements.
An order confirmation does not guarantee that an item is available or that the order has been accepted for shipment. Raven Rock Armory reserves the right to cancel or adjust an order if a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, restricted, or cannot legally be shipped.
Product Availability
Some products may ship from a distributor, warehouse, manufacturer, or other fulfillment location. Inventory may change before an order is fully processed.
Order Verification
Additional identity, payment, address, fraud-prevention, or FFL verification may be required before an order is released for shipment.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
Carrier Selection
Orders may ship through UPS, FedEx, USPS, a freight carrier, or another approved shipping provider.
Tracking
Tracking information is generally provided after a shipment has been processed by the carrier.
Delivery Delays
Carrier delays, weather, holidays, compliance reviews, and supplier delays may affect delivery times.
Delivery Estimates: Shipping and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Raven Rock Armory is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, regulatory requirements, incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, supplier processing, or circumstances outside our control.
Split Shipments & Multiple Packages
Orders containing multiple products may ship from different warehouses or suppliers and may arrive in separate packages. Each package may have its own tracking number and delivery date.
Firearms, ammunition, hazardous materials, oversized products, and regulated items may require separate shipments and additional shipping charges.
Firearm Shipments
Firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License holder where required by law. Firearms will not be shipped directly to a customer unless specifically permitted by applicable law.
For additional details, review our FFL Transfers page.
Ammunition & Restricted Items
Ammunition, magazines, regulated accessories, hazardous materials, and other restricted products may be subject to additional shipping rules or location-based restrictions.
Customers are responsible for knowing and complying with all federal, state, and local laws before ordering.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Raven Rock Armory is not responsible for delays, losses, additional fees, or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address.
Address changes may not be possible after an order has entered processing or has been submitted to a supplier or carrier.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. An order cannot be canceled once it has entered fulfillment, been submitted to a supplier, received a tracking number, or shipped.
Approved cancellations may be subject to processing, restocking, supplier, payment, or administrative fees. Special orders, firearms, ammunition, regulated items, and clearance products may not be eligible for cancellation.
Returns & Return Authorization
All sales are final unless a return is specifically approved in writing by Raven Rock Armory. Some products are fulfilled through distributors or manufacturers, and any approved return must also comply with the applicable supplier’s return requirements.
Do not send any product back without prior return authorization and shipping instructions from Raven Rock Armory. Merchandise returned without authorization may be refused, returned to the customer, or considered ineligible for a refund.
Return authorization does not guarantee that a refund, replacement, or exchange will be approved. All returned merchandise is subject to inspection by Raven Rock Armory, the supplying distributor, or the manufacturer.

Firearm Inspection & Final Sale
Customers must thoroughly inspect every firearm at the receiving FFL before completing the transfer. Verify the manufacturer, model, caliber, finish, condition, and included accessories before accepting the firearm.
Do not complete the transfer if the firearm is incorrect, visibly damaged, or materially different from the product ordered. Contact Raven Rock Armory before accepting the firearm so that we can review the issue and obtain any required supplier authorization.
Once a firearm has been transferred to the customer, the sale is final. Mechanical or manufacturing issues discovered after transfer are generally handled through the firearm manufacturer’s warranty or service department.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Merchandise
Inspect every shipment promptly upon delivery. Damage, shortages, incorrect merchandise, or shipping errors must be reported to Raven Rock Armory within three business days of delivery whenever reasonably possible.
Provide your order number, a description of the issue, photographs of the merchandise, photographs of the shipping box, and photographs of all shipping labels and packing materials when requested.
Do not discard the product, manufacturer packaging, shipping carton, labels, or packing materials, and do not return the merchandise until Raven Rock Armory provides instructions. A supplier or shipping carrier may require these materials for inspection or claim processing.
Manufacturer Defects
Products believed to have a manufacturing defect may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Depending on the product and supplier requirements, the customer may be directed to the manufacturer for inspection, repair, or replacement.
Raven Rock Armory may assist with manufacturer contact information but does not independently warrant products manufactured by another company.
Approved Shipping Errors
If Raven Rock Armory or its supplying warehouse shipped the wrong product, omitted an item, or shipped merchandise that was damaged in transit, we will work with the applicable supplier or carrier to determine the available remedy.
The available remedy may include replacement, repair, account credit, or refund, depending on product availability and supplier authorization.
Refunds, Shipping Costs & Fees
Approved refunds are issued only after the merchandise has been received, inspected, and accepted by Raven Rock Armory or the applicable supplier. Refunds are generally issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping charges, return shipping charges, payment-processing costs, supplier charges, transfer fees, and other related costs are generally non-refundable unless the return resulted from a verified Raven Rock Armory or supplier shipping error.
Approved non-defective returns or canceled orders may be subject to restocking, return shipping, supplier, administrative, or payment-processing fees. These charges may be deducted from the refund.
