Shipping Information
Raven Rock Armory works to process and ship orders as efficiently as possible while providing clear information about order processing, delivery, shipping methods, tracking, split shipments, shipping-address requirements, cancellations, restricted products, and firearm shipping.
Please review this shipping information before placing an order. By completing a purchase, you agree to the applicable shipping, fulfillment, cancellation, compliance, and supplier-related requirements stated below.
Order Processing
Most orders begin processing after payment and order information have been verified. Processing times may vary depending on product availability, supplier fulfillment, fraud screening, shipping restrictions, FFL documentation, and other order requirements.
An order confirmation does not guarantee that an item is available or that the order has been accepted for shipment. Raven Rock Armory reserves the right to cancel or adjust an order if a product is unavailable, incorrectly priced, restricted, or cannot legally be shipped.
Product Availability
Some products may ship from a distributor, warehouse, manufacturer, supplier, or another fulfillment location. Inventory may change before an order is fully processed.
Order Verification
Additional identity, payment, address, fraud-prevention, compliance, or FFL verification may be required before an order is released for shipment.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
Carrier Selection
Orders may ship through UPS, FedEx, USPS, a freight carrier, or another approved shipping provider.
Tracking
Tracking information is generally provided after a shipment has been processed by the supplier, warehouse, or carrier.
Delivery Delays
Carrier delays, weather, holidays, compliance reviews, supplier processing, and other circumstances may affect delivery times.
Delivery Estimates: Shipping and delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Raven Rock Armory is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, regulatory requirements, incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, supplier processing, or circumstances outside our control.
Split Shipments & Multiple Packages
Orders containing multiple products may ship from different warehouses, distributors, suppliers, or manufacturers and may arrive in separate packages. Each package may have its own tracking number and delivery date.
Firearms, ammunition, hazardous materials, oversized products, regulated products, and other restricted items may require separate shipments and additional shipping charges.
Multiple Fulfillment Locations
Products included in the same order may be fulfilled by different distributors, warehouses, suppliers, or manufacturers.
Separate Tracking Numbers
Each shipment may receive a separate tracking number. One package may arrive before other products included in the same order.
Firearms & Restricted Products
Firearm Shipments
Firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License holder where required by law. Firearms will not be shipped directly to a customer unless specifically permitted under applicable law.

Ammunition & Restricted Items
Ammunition, magazines, regulated accessories, hazardous materials, and other restricted products may be subject to additional shipping rules or location-based restrictions.
Customers are responsible for knowing and complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws before ordering.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Raven Rock Armory is not responsible for delays, losses, additional fees, returned packages, or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect, incomplete, undeliverable, or restricted address.
Address changes may not be possible after an order has entered processing or has been submitted to a supplier, warehouse, distributor, or carrier.
Address Requirements
- Review the complete shipping address before submitting the order.
- Include apartment, suite, unit, building, or other delivery details when applicable.
- Use an address that can legally and safely receive the products being ordered.
- Firearms must be shipped to an eligible Federal Firearms License holder unless otherwise permitted by law.
- Restricted products may not be shipped to prohibited states, cities, counties, territories, or addresses.
Order Cancellations
Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. An order cannot be canceled after it has entered fulfillment, been submitted to a supplier, received a tracking number, or shipped.
Approved cancellations may be subject to processing, restocking, supplier, payment, transfer, or administrative fees. Special orders, firearms, ammunition, regulated products, clearance merchandise, and custom-ordered products may not be eligible for cancellation.
Firearm Shipping
Firearms must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms License holder where required by law. Firearms are not shipped directly to a customer unless the transaction is specifically permitted under applicable federal, state, and local law.
Select a Receiving FFL
Customers must select or provide a valid receiving FFL before an eligible firearm order can be released for shipment.
FFL Documentation
Processing may be delayed until Raven Rock Armory or the applicable supplier receives and verifies the receiving dealer’s current FFL information.
Important Firearm Shipping Information
- The receiving FFL must be eligible to receive the firearm being ordered.
- The customer is responsible for confirming the receiving dealer’s transfer fees and policies.
- Firearm orders may require additional identity, address, legal, or compliance verification.
- Customers must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
- Raven Rock Armory may cancel an order that cannot lawfully or safely be completed.
