The MDT CORE Bottom Metal upgrades compatible Tikka T3 and T3x long-action rifles to accept AICS-pattern detachable box magazines. It expands magazine options for hunting, precision shooting, and range applications while supporting smooth feeding and reliable magazine retention.
Machined from durable 6061 aluminum, this bottom metal features an ambidextrous magazine release for convenient operation from either side. Its enlarged trigger guard accommodates factory and many aftermarket triggers, while compatibility with the MDT Adjustable Magazine Latch allows magazine positioning to be fine-tuned.
Compatible with factory Tikka stocks featuring a CTR-style cutout, including select CTR, Ranch, UPR, and Arctic models. It also fits compatible aftermarket stocks from manufacturers such as Pure Precision and Manners when equipped with the correct CTR cutout. Magazine and adjustable latch are not included.
